18: The 3rd Annual "Bugs at the Branch VW Car Show; Flowery Branch, GA

24-26: North Georgia Volkswagen and Music Festival; Dahlonega, Georgia

  • This will be held on September 24th, 25th, and 26th of 2010 at the Starbridge Campground near Dahlonega Georgia.
  • 50 acre campground with a 5 acre lake! Bathrooms, Showers, Covered eating area, Main stage, kids playground.
  • Nice private camp sites! VW gathering area in front of the main stage. Open to all VW's!!!
  • The goal is to have 20 bands playing all types of music over 3 days!!!!!
  • $20 per person covers all three days and camping! Separate non VW parking area!!!! Only VW's allowed inside.

25: 18th Annual Low Country Volkswagen Club Oktoberfest; Charleston, SC

  • The 18th Annual Low Country Volkswagen Club Oktoberfest for our favorite charity: Camp Happy Days (www.camphappydays.com) for Kids fighting Cancer.
  • Join us for our 18th year (we all looked good at 18!) ... Luft Cooled, Wasser Cooled ... finished car, project car, VW Trike, VW airplane ... if it says VW on it anywhere ... bring it out! We are looking for a wide variety ... trophy for "Best of Show", Dealer's Choice", "Best Stock", "Best Custom", "Camp Happy Days Kid's Choice" and "Top 20" ... voting by entrants (except Dealers Choice and Kid's Choice").
  • Food (right off the grill), soft drinks, door prizes, games, 50-50 Drawing ... T-shirts available. Dash Plaque with registration.
  • $15.00/car at the show, $12.00 pre-event, special discount for multiple cars under the same registrant.

    • We usually have between 50-80 cars each month. its not a show its just good holesome fun people come from all over to hang out .

    • There is great food ,ice cream, drinks, and good music to listen to, and lot of nice people to become friends with.

    • Hoola-hoopa contest for kids,50/50 drawings, swoogers cruise-in money, door prizes every 30 minutes. for the drawings you just register your car so we know how many cars show up, thats how the drawings are pulled. theres some vw toys,t-shirts,and collectibles each event usually.

    • Starts at 6:00 and ends at 9:00,any vw made or produced car will be allowed in the parking lot.
